Renovation of a multi-family house for a young family in Rankweil, Austria.
One of the two apartments will be completely gutted, and the roof structure, with a raised knee wall and dormers, will be rebuilt. New spaces and surfaces will be created, and the hand-crafted building from the 1960s will be carefully adapted to meet the needs of the new residents. POSITIF, as part of the construction team, is contributing to the interior finishing. The materials chosen should be as eco-friendly and healthy as possible: clay plaster, clay panels, wood fiber insulation, timber frame construction, reed mats, wooden windows, and wooden flooring.

Umbau eines Mehrfamilienhauses für eine junge Familie in Rankweil, Österreich.
Eine der 2 Wohnungen Wohnung wird entkernt, der Dachstuhl mit höherem Kniestock und Gauben neu aufgebaut. Neue Räume und Oberflächen entstehen, das von Hand aufgebaute Gebäude aus den 60er Jahren wird respektvoll auf die Anforderungen der neuen Bewohner/innen angepasst. POSITIF als Teil der Baucrew ist am Innenausbau beteiligt. Genutzte Materialien sollen möglichst ökologisch und wohngesund sein: Lehmputz, Lehmplatten, Holzfaserdämmung, Holzständerwerk, Schilfrohrmatten, Holzfenster und Holzböden.
