In a historic pub in the old town of Schaffhausen, the financial downward spiral is halted through an experimental renovation concept. The establishment, which has been in family ownership for generations, undergoes a 4-year period of mixed use, combining gastronomy, co-working/event space, and Airbnb, giving it a fresh and youthful appeal.
With minimal investments and a renovation funded entirely through rental income during the interim period, Mr. Jones can be operated unconventionally, experimentally, and with little financial pressure.

In einer traditionsreichen Kneipe in der Altstadt von Schaffhausen wird der finanzielle Abwärtstrend durch ein innovatives Sanierungskonzept gestoppt. Das Lokal, das seit Generationen im Besitz derselben Familie ist, wird für 4 Jahre durch eine Mischung aus Gastronomie, Co-Working/Event Space und Airbnb genutzt, wodurch es ein frisches und jugendliches Ambiente erhält.
Durch minimale Investitionen und einen Umbau, der vollständig durch die Mieteinnahmen während der Zwischennutzung finanziert wird, kann Mr. Jones auf unkonventionelle, experimentelle Weise betrieben werden, ohne großen finanziellen Druck.
